Training

The Missouri Office of Prosecution Services is the primary source of technical assistance to prosecuting attorneys and of continuing legal education for prosecutors, including numerous statewide, regional and local trainings, seminars, webinars and other specialized conferences each year.  Section 56.265 RSMo mandates that each prosecuting attorney must complete a minimum of 20 hours of approved training in order to receive a portion of his or her salary.
